Cancellations & refunds
This page explains how to end an AnyVerse subscription and exercise statutory consumer rights. It does not limit any rights you have by law.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time in Account Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
Withdrawal & immediate access
If you buy as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Before payment, we ask separately for your agreement to begin the digital service immediately. That agreement may affect cancellation rights or any amount due only to the extent permitted by the law that applies where you live.
Requesting a refund or help
Email marek@anyverse.games, including your account email, payment date, plan and a short description. We will acknowledge the request and respond without undue delay. Where a refund is due, we issue it to the original payment method unless the law requires otherwise.
