Explore the World

Meridian is a contemporary city beneath whose ordinary life runs a hidden order of supernatural obligations. People can gain knowledge, protection, a change of fate, or access to the impossible — but every intervention creates a real debt that, sooner or later, is collected. You do not save the city; you try to understand how much what you want truly costs.

The world's core rule: a Commitment is created when a person knowingly turns to the supernatural — or knowingly uses its effect — to achieve a specific goal. The cost is real, personal and lasting; it can accumulate, and it leaves a mark on a person, a place, or a relationship. There is no free magic and no spontaneous miracles — the supernatural works by exchange. The Keepers are a loose network of specific individuals, not a paranormal police force. The tone is contemporary, personal and tense: there are moments of relief, but there is always a price.
